The delicate white veining was the focus of this piece. This round glass blown vase was ‘swirled’ to enhance the white glazed veining. Hand-cutting and layering the veins accentuated and elevated the lacy pattern.

A delicate white iris floats on top of a collage of pillow-like ceiling fixtures. The collage is overplayed with a mesh fabric and attached with white pearlized drops.

Colorful pastel spheres are transformed into bright colors with a string-like texture. Each string is hand-cut and layered to give that sphere a 3D quality. The composition of spheres placed in the foreground and background enhance the overall dimension of this piece.
This photo started off as a series of glossy pastel spheres. A variety of filters were used to achieve the stringy texture and more vibrant colors.
